Author Description Jane Medwell, PhD, was a primary teacher before becoming interested in primary literacy and languages.<br />She taught and did research at the Universities of Wales, Exeter, Plymouth and Warwick before jointing the University of Nottingham as Associate Professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
